At 8:08 AM on April 30, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2# PCR workshop of Gubersail Tire (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.’s Phase II project was held in the company’s Huai’an factory. General Manager Mr. Zhang Dong, along with department and division heads, attended the ceremony, marking the official start of this strategic expansion project.

Project Overview: A Three-Phase Blueprint for the Future of Intelligent Tire Production
Located in Huai’an District, Huai’an City, the Gubersail Tire Project spans a total area of 1,212 mu (approximately 808,000 square meters), with a planned building area of around 650,000 square meters across three phases.
- Phase I, covering 260,000 square meters, has already completed construction and entered full production.
- Phase II, with a planned area of 260,000 square meters, officially began with the groundbreaking of the 2# PCR workshop, which alone covers 90,163.36 square meters and focuses on high-performance passenger car radial (PCR) tire manufacturing.
- Phase III will add an additional 130,000 square meters in the future.
