标准化流程以提升质量和效率，架起信息传递的“最后一公里”
2025年4月24日，Gubersail轮胎的生产部门在模压车间组织了一次联合早会培训，由模压车间的班组长和设备部门的组长共同主持，两部门的 frontline员工参与了此次培训。这次培训的重点是深化和优化标准化早会机制，旨在进一步提高班前沟通效率，加强安全管理意识，并将 frontline执行提升到一个新水平。
Gubersail轮胎在各个车间长期实施早会制度，形成了“定时、定位、定人、定程序”的班前沟通机制。这个在模压车间的早会培训，保留了原有的程序，重点加强了关键内容，改进了互动机制，并确保了问题执行的闭合，体现了Gubersail轮胎在早会管理上从“标准化”向“高效率”不断努力的进步。
聚焦重点内容，加强安全与生产协同
会议准时在早班开始前举行，总时长控制在15分钟内，旨在“短而精准，快速准确”以提高执行效率。早会以点名和劳动保护检查开始，确保每位员工以最佳状态投入工作。
随后，班组长组织员工回顾了前一天的生产情况，汇报了产量、质量指标和现场问题处理，并指出了需要持续关注的关键工艺节点和质量控制点。问题反馈遵循“当天澄清、明确责任、跟进整改”的原则，促进现场闭环管理系统。
设备部门的部长解释了当天主要设备的运行状况、安全注意事项和维护计划，特别强调了硫化机等高温设备的的操作程序和风险防范控制措施，进一步增强了员工的安全意识，确保了生产过程的稳定和可控。
在任务部署阶段，班组长结合当天的生产计划，清晰地分解了工艺调整、工作分配和质量目标，确保每位员工都有“明确的任务、明确的标准和准确的操作”。会议结束时，还设立了一个问答和建议收集环节，鼓励员工参与和反馈，增强了团队合作的氛围。
常规机制显成效，晨会质量稳步提升
长期坚持标准化的晨会机制，使各车间的班前沟通越来越高效。数据显示，各车间晨会的平均时长已从原来的25分钟压缩至12分钟，使沟通更加精准，节奏更加紧凑。同时，在每日安全教育和问题回顾的推动下，对生产异常的响应更快，员工违规显著减少，团队协作效率持续提高。
由“主管+班组长”共同主持的这种联合晨会培训，既传递管理经验，又重新强化团队执行。Gubersail Tire将继续深化标准化晨会机制的内涵和延伸，推动晨会内容的模块化和管理工具的可视化，促进信息传递更顺畅、执行更有力、问题响应更及时，从而巩固管理基础，打造高效、安全、有序的生产现场。
