Drainage Design
The V-shaped tread pattern offers superior water drainage, significantly reducing braking distances on wet and slippery roads. It also increases the tire’s contact area with the ground, evenly distributing acceleration, braking, and cornering forces—effectively extending service life.
Grip Design
The dense lateral groove design, like multiple tiny “blades,” can more efficiently slice through the water film between the tire and the road surface, allowing the tread rubber to make more direct contact with the road and reducing the hydroplaning.
Water Drainage & Snow Clearance
The large groove design between the tread patterns enables rapid drainage of standing water on the road, preventing hydroplaning. On snow-covered roads, these grooves can hold snow chunks, preventing snow from accumulating and compacting on the tread—a problem that would compromise grip—thus ensuring effective contact between the tire and the ground.
Grip Assurance
The numerous “micro-edges” formed by the fine grooves in the tread blocks can embed into the tiny unevenness of the road surface, enhancing friction through mechanical interlocking. Meanwhile, the dense grooves on the tread can quickly drain the water film between the tread and the ground, allowing the rubber to make direct contact with the road surface and preventing “hydroplaning” on rainy days.
