He noted that the official launch represents a breakthrough in the tyre manufacturing industry, reflecting progress in intelligent manufacturing and environmental sustainability. Efficient Project Implementation with Full Government Support
Mr. Zhang Dong, General Manager of Gubersail Tyre, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all attendees and provided a comprehensive overview of the factory’s construction timeline and strategic planning. As a key municipal project, the Gubersail tyre manufacturing base has received strong support from the local government, ensuring the project’s rapid and efficient execution.
Mr. Zhang shared that the Huaian factory covers 1,212 mu (approximately 808,000 square meters), with a total building area of 650,000 square meters. The facility is designed to produce high-end tyres, with a planned annual output of 30 million semi-steel radial tyres and 3.5 million all-steel radial tyres. The project is being implemented in two phases. Phase I, with an annual capacity of 15 million semi-steel tyres, is now fully completed and operational. According to the timeline, daily production will reach 10,000 units in June, 25,000 in October, and 50,000 by year-end. Phase II is already under active planning.

The ceremony reached its climax with a documentary screening of the first tyre roll-off, followed by the official start-up ritual.
