In the heart of Caoyun Town, Huai’an District, a revolutionary transformation is underway in the tire manufacturing industry. The Gubersail Tyre Project is rapidly emerging as a driving force within the sector, signaling a new era for Chinese tire manufacturers. With a vast land area covering 968 acres and a planned construction area exceeding 510,000 square meters, this large tire manufacturing plant in China is dedicated to producing high-end, premium-quality tires.
According to project officials, once fully operational, the Gubersail Tyre Project is expected to reach an annual production capacity of 30 million semi-steel radial tires and 3.5 million all-steel radial tires, with an estimated annual output value surpassing 10 billion yuan. Additionally, it is projected to contribute 300 million yuan in tax revenue to the local government, underscoring its massive scale and long-term economic impact on the region.
What sets this project apart is its unmatched speed and efficiency in implementation. From land signing to house demolition, the preparation phase was completed in just 10 days. After the design plan was finalized, it passed a simulated review the next day, and with all required documentation in place, the “five permits” were issued within two working days. Remarkably, the project began production two months ahead of schedule, a feat that has drawn national attention and was widely covered by CCTV.
On-site, the construction scene is dynamic and energetic: towering cranes, roaring machinery, and workers in full swing. Key structures such as the No. 1 PCR workshop, integrated station building, and the testing workshop have already been topped out. Meanwhile, other crucial facilities including the No. 1–3 finished goods warehouses, rubber mixing workshop, maintenance workshop, and additional integrated buildings are progressing rapidly. The main structural construction is expected to be completed by the end of this month, along with the paving and hardening of workshop floors and public areas — all vital to ensuring smooth future tire production.
The project’s equipment installation is progressing just as efficiently. Five tire building machines and 40 curing presses have already arrived on-site, with the remaining advanced machinery scheduled for delivery by the end of the month. These cutting-edge technologies will significantly boost production capabilities and product quality, giving Gubersail Tyre a powerful competitive edge in the global market.
