Gubersail Tire Factory Officially Opens: A New Chapter in Intelligent Manufacturing
On February 28, 2025, Gubersail Tire celebrated the grand ceremony of the “First Tire Roll-off and Official Production Launch” in Huaian, Jiangsu. This event marked the official launch of the Gubersail tire production line and heralded a new stage of growth for the company. Local government officials, leaders from the China Rubber Industry Association, and key business partners gathered to witness this historic moment.

During the opening remarks, city officials congratulated Gubersail Tire on the successful launch of its production line, recognizing the company’s contribution to the local economy. They emphasized that Gubersail Tire not only created job opportunities but also promoted industrial upgrading. Mr. Shi Yifeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Rubber Industry Association and Secretary-General of its Tire Branch, praised Gubersail Tire’s achievements in technological innovation, quality management, and market expansion. He acknowledged that the official production launch represents a breakthrough in the tire industry, demonstrating progress in intelligent manufacturing and green technology. He expressed hope for continued collaboration across the industry to foster sustainable development.
Government Support Propels Project Efficiency
Mr. Zhang Dong, General Manager of Gubersail Tire, thanked all the distinguished guests for their presence and provided an overview of the factory’s construction progress and future plans. He highlighted that the Gubersail Tire project, as a key construction project for Huaian City, received strong attention and support from the local government, which has expedited the project’s development and enhanced its efficiency. Thanks to the government’s full support, the construction progress has been accelerating.
Additionally, Mr. Zhang provided a detailed update on the company’s development plans. He revealed that the Gubersail factory covers 1,212 acres and has a construction area of approximately 650,000 square meters. The factory is designed to produce high-end tires with an annual production capacity of 30 million semi-steel tires and 3.5 million full-steel tires in two phases. Currently, Phase I, with a capacity of 15 million semi-steel tires, has been completed and is operational. The company’s daily output is projected to reach 10,000 tires in June, 25,000 tires in October, and 50,000 tires by the end of December. Phase II of the project is already under preparation. With the project officially starting production, Gubersail Tire enters a new phase of growth.
