On the endless road of safe production, Gubersail always adheres to the philosophy of “constant vigilance and continuous education.” From June 2nd to June 6th, 2025, the company comprehensively launched its June Safety Education and Training Week, covering key sections such as rubber mixing, extrusion, materials, molding, vulcanization, inspection, and equipment, to build a strong safety defense for the steady progress of production tasks in the second half of the year.
Full Participation, Departmental Implementation
This safety education was conducted in a departmental and time-slot based manner, organized and implemented by the heads of each department, ensuring that every frontline employee “learns effectively, understands clearly, and remembers firmly.” The training schedule was flexibly arranged, taking into account both production realities and ensuring that the content was delivered without compromise. The first training session was initiated by the Rubber Mixing Department on June 2nd in the B-area molding auxiliary room, followed by successive sessions in other workshops, forming a “point-to-point, face-to-face” precise training model.

The content of this training closely focused on the core of frontline safety management, unfolding around the following six major sections:
What is safety? —— Let “safety” become an awareness, not just a slogan
Basic knowledge of safe production —— The starting point for standardized operations
Analysis of the causes of safety accidents —— Learning from lessons
Laws and principles of safe production —— Grasping the underlying logic
Relevant national laws and regulations —— Strengthening awareness of legal red lines
Industry safety prohibitions —— Clarifying behavioral boundaries, nipping problems in the bud
Through a combination of case studies, legal interpretations, and interactive Q&A, the training atmosphere was practical and efficient, with theory and practice complementing each other, further solidifying employees’ cognitive foundation for safe production.
Practice-Oriented, Responsibility to Individuals
Training extends beyond the classroom to the (on-site). Under the leadership of department heads, employees engaged in targeted discussions and risk identification drills based on their respective job realities, further implementing safety responsibilities. As Bo Zhonghua, head of the molding department, said: “Safety education is not a task; it’s the cultivation of a daily habit.”
Positive Employee Feedback, Enhanced Safety Awareness
Many frontline employees stated after the training: “Before, I thought many things were ‘habitual problems,’ but now I realize that these ‘habits’ actually hide risks.” Through repeated emphasis on educational content and on-site analysis of typical cases, everyone was touched intellectually and became more vigilant in their actions.
